Frequently Asked Questions

  • Something I want is out of stock! Will you be restocking?
    Because of the large cost of stocking certain items, I never know for sure! This is especially true for plush toys. I'll try to have restock-requests turned on for each item, so you can let me know you want it restocked, and I can let you know once I've restocked it. The best way to stay informed is to follow me on social medias, or sign up to my mailing list.
  • Do you ship to the the EU/UK?
    Unfortunately I can't ship to the EU and UK due to VAT/IOSS restrictions! Some orders can be shipped through my Etsy. If there are things in stock on my website that you want that aren't available on my Etsy, just reach out and I'll make a custom order just for you! Check below for the restrictions based on where you live. EU - I cannot ship plush toys to anywhere in the EU. Orders not containing plush toys can only be made through Etsy to insure VAT laws are followed properly. France and Germany - I cannot ship at all to France or Germany UK - Orders to the UK must go through my Etsy shop in order to insure VAT laws are followed properly.
  • Can you make me a custom plush/pin/etc.?
    Unfortunately no. I do not take custom orders.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    To make a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item will then need to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we are unable to refund the initial shipping amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with any original tags and packaging. To ensure we know who's return it is, please include the order number with the return shipment. The easiest way to do this is to just include the packing slip that we send with your order. To start a return, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Cancellations To cancel an order, please contact us right away. We are unable to cancel orders once they've shipped, but we're happy to do so before then. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital downloads or custom/personalized orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
